Feel Good Promotions, exclusive distributor of luxury brands into the UK market including professional beauty brands YUMI Beauty and That’so, are delighted to announce their Carbon Removal Commitment, whereby they will be contributing 0.5% of their revenue to carbon removal.
To help with their carbon removal commitment, Feel Good Promotions have become part of Stripe Climate, a coalition of businesses accelerating carbon removal.
Stripe Climate works with a multidisciplinary group of scientific experts to find and evaluate the most promising carbon removal technologies. This include Climeworks, who use renewable geothermal energy and waste heat to capture CO2 directly from the air, concentrate it and permanently sequester it underground in basaltic rock formations with Carbix and also Charm Industrial, who have created a novel carbon removal pathway that converts biomass into bio-oil and then injects it deep underground for permanent geologic storage.
By contributing revenue towards carbon removal, Feel Good Promotions hopes to help against fighting climate change and do their part to help make the world a better place.
Feel Good Promotions brands That’so and YUMI Beauty take their environmentally friendly initiative a step further with both brand also being Vegan and Cruelty free.
With many of the That’so products being faux tans, they use eco-spray cans that do not contain gas and instead, a vaccum packed bag that allows the product to exit naturally thanks to compressed air. The products are also Oxybenzone free (an ingredient that harms the oceans delicate ecosystem).
