Richard Lambert, chief executive of the National Hair & Beauty Federation said: “To be recognised in three different categories at the National Association Awards is something we’re very proud of – especially as the Best Membership Organisation.

“We’re online now more than ever, which is why winning the Gold award for Best Social Media and the Silver award for Best COVID response is a huge achievement. The past year has been hard for our industry and as always our members and non-members are looking to our social media channels to provide them with guidance and information to assist them during the pandemic. To be recognised for our commitment to helping the industry get back on its feet during such a time really means a lot to everyone involved and associated with the Federation. This recognition reinforces the importance of the work that we do, which includes all our team over the last year, in supporting the hair and beauty industry.”
