TONI & GUY TAKES ON LFW

Over the course of London Fashion Week AW 2026, the TONY&GUY Session Teams have been at full force preparing runway ready hair, with labels like Maximillion Raynor, Paul Costelloe, and Tolu Coker.

Maximillion Raynor AW26

TONI&GUY Global Creative Director, Cos Sakkas

The Hair

TONI&GUY Global Creative Director Cos Sakkas creates a look that draws on Victorian London romance, with structured side rolls and long, spiralled lengths that feel both proper and poetic. A sculpted bow shape sits at the crown, like a ribbon tied around a lovers gift; refined, deliberate and a little dramatic. It’s a look that feels rooted in the past, while capturing the emotion of Maximillion Raynor’s love story.

The Collection

A brown paper goodbye tied up with string, punched into the confetti of our would-be wedding, Maximillion Raynor roams Victorian London, in trusty trainers fixated on a love once destined to be timeless. A shattered silver pocket watch glints in disco ball light, its eternal gears once certain, now broken, punctuate Maximillion’s hours wired on loss.

Paul Costelloe’s AW26

TONI&GUY Global Creative Director Cos Sakkas

 The Hair

TONI&GUY Global Creative Director Cos Sakkas lead the TONI&GUY Session Team in creating a look that mirrored William Costelloe’s powerful, tailoring-led debut with sleek precision and controlled structure. Hair was smoothed to a high-shine finish and drawn into a low, sculpted chignon at the nape, creating an architectural silhouette that complemented the collection’s polished and purposeful aesthetic.

The Collection

In an emotional tribute to Paul Costelloe, son William Costelloe presents his first collection as Creative Director for Paul Costelloe – a powerful statement rooted in tailoring and structure. William explores tailoring through bold proportions and precise construction. Strong structured shoulders and sculpted silhouettes define the collection with meticulous cuts and layered, luxurious looks that showcase the DNA of the Paul Costelloe brand. A refined dialogue between tailored and fluid runs throughout: structured coats and corsetry are paired with silk and organza blouses. Oversized collars sweep over the head and wide pleated trousers introduce movement and ease.

Tolu Coker AW26

TONI&GUY International Artistic Director and British Hairdresser of the Year Efi Davies

 The Hair

Taking inspiration from Tolu’s journey TONI&GUY International Artistic Director and British Hairdresser of the Year, Efi Davies dives into her world representing the Tolu girl. The hair look was inspired by the 90s, with both a beautiful, banded flicked bob with structured girls, as well as a structured low ponytail.

The Collection

Tolu Coker’s latest chapter in her ongoing design anthology exploring how clothing, anatomy and space intertwine questions social mobility by reflecting on her childhood. For AW26, Coker returns to the runway for her graduating NewGen season with Survivor’s Remorse: a personal collection rooted in self-confrontation. After seasons of storytelling through other voices, Coker turns inward, exploring conflict, contradiction, grief and healing as part of her own lived experience. The collection challenges the myth of “making it out” as the only route to value. Despite the wider world’s projective limitations, Coker reframes her childhood environment as an incubator — the place that shaped, held and grew her.
