A Los Angeles-based colorist with more than two decades of experience, Rez is widely regarded as one of the industry’s foremost authorities on modern hair color. Rez is best known for pioneering the “midlight” technique: an innovative approach that blends highlights with the natural base to create seamless depth and dimension while preserving the health and integrity of the hair. He has worked with Hailey Bieber, Angelina Jolie, Florence Pugh, Kendall Jenner, Dua Lipa, Mia Goth, Addison Rae, and Tate McRae, with work spanning film, television, global campaigns, and major red carpets.
