Schwarzkopf Professional returned for a fourth year as Official Hair Partner for the 2026 BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises.
Held Sunday, May 10, the event saw a team of eleven accomplished hairstylists transform the looks of a host of high-profile guests using Schwarzkopf Professional’s OSiS range, with names including Amandaland stars Lucy Punch and Philippa Dunne, and former Capital Radio DJ Roman Kemp.
Led by Schwarzkopf Professional UK Ambassador Philipp Haug, this year’s talented hair team featured Nikos Dikas (@curls_by_nikos), Dan Joy (@danielalexanderjoy), Rebecca Watkins (@hairbyrebeccaniamh), Chris Grimley (@chrisgrimley1), Gintare Gedvilaite (@farahnazhairginn), Adem Oygur (@adem_oygur), Milena Kochs (@milena_k_london), Stacey Gibson (@stacey.hairartist), Jodie Oxley (@jodiemaeoxleyhair) and Joana Belo (@joanacece).
“I have had the pleasure of leading the BAFTA hair team for four years now, and each year has been an absolute pleasure,” said Philipp Haug, UK Ambassador for Schwarzkopf Professional and Hair Lead. “The styling team worked so hard to ensure all guests looked and felt phenomenal for their walk down the red carpet, creating bespoke looks that perfectly complemented each individual’s style and personality. There was a big focus on waves and texture, and the style team and I strived to elevate and modernize each look by sweeping hair away from the face and adding a half up half down part to looks. For me, the hero product of the day was the OSiS Elastic Hairspray, which ensured not one hair was out of place.”

- After dampening the hair, apply OSiS Air Whip in sections to prep the hair and achieve medium hold without stickiness in the hair.
- Blow dry the hair using a large round brush, using pintail clips
- On damp hair, apply OSiS Air Whip section by section to build soft volume and flexible hold without leaving the hair sticky.
- Blow-dry the hair using a large round brush, directing each section away from the face for lift and movement. Once dry, wrap each section into pin curls and secure with clips.
- Mist generously with OSiS Elastic and allow the curls to cool and fully set. For the fringe, use a large round brush while blow-drying to achieve a soft, natural shape with effortless movement.
- Remove the clips and gently brush through to create soft, bouncy waves with a glamorous ’70s-inspired finish.
- Finish by using a large-barrel tong on the ends of the hair to enhance bounce and polish the overall look.
