SalonIQ’s AI receptionist goes live in 300+ salons in just 6 months

All-in-one salon software supplier, SalonIQ, marks six successful months of IQ Connect – its AI receptionist – having gone live in over 300 salons across the UK. 

Boasting an impressive 9.4%x average ROI, IQ Connect has handled over 34,251 calls so far this year – an average of 7,896 calls per month – a figure which is continuing to grow month on month. 

The CallPad AI powered agent boasts a 74% call resolution rate, with unresolved calls seamlessly transferred to a salon team member, saving a total of six hours per month and generating over £270,000 in bookings in 2026 alone. 

Fully integrated with the SalonIQ platform, IQ Connect was designed and created to capture every client enquiry around the clock, reducing front of house pressure, especially during busy periods. It uses the CallPad AI assistant to answer calls, handle queries and book appointments automatically, helping salons maximise opportunities while delivering a seamless customer experience.

After launching IQ Connect in December 2025, SalonIQ saw over 120 salons sign up to priority onboarding within two days, following a live webinar to promote the latest feature.
