ALFAPARF Milano Professional Brand Ambassador UKI Jamie Benny had his very own headline show at the iconic music venue The Boiler Shop in Newcastle recently to launch ALFAPARF Milano Professional’s new BLONDERA System Pro.
Around 85 local salon owners and stylists gathered for the ‘NEW ERA’ – an up close and personal deep dive into this comprehensive blonding system, where every product is formulated to work together so there is no compatibility guesswork and no untested combinations, allowing the modern colourist to work with precision and ease.
Guests arrived for drinks before sitting down for an afternoon of blonde business building advice bringing together education, creativity and innovation for a first look at the future of lightening.
Everyone was welcomed by David Donnellan on behalf of ALFAPARF Milano Professional, and the event was compared by Stacy Humphrey’s, Head of Education with support from Rebecca Turner, Technical Educator.
Inspired by Jamie’s lived-experience as a colourist and salon owner himself, all the advice was practical, highly actionable and empathetic to the opportunities and challenges modern colourists face.
Jamie showed four beautiful techniques on live models – Expresso Contour Blonde, Luxe Linen Blonde, Iridescent Glow and Cloud Dancer – as well as demonstrated placement techniques on dolls heads.
During the afternoon guests were offered delicious canapes and following the show they
mingled with Jamie, asked questions and were given the opportunity to see the models up close, and feel how remarkable their hair was after a bleach application.
