ALTERNA welcomes Christin Bonness in her new role as Education Manager EMEA & UK

Luxury haircare brand, ALTERNA has welcomed Christin Bonness as the new Education Manager for EMEA & UK, taking over the role from Education & Event Manager Nikolas Tilaverdis, who has moved on to Henkel’s Schwarzkopf brand.

Christin is bringing to the role a wealth of expertise, having worked with Marlies Möller Haircare and spending the last twelve years in key roles with premium skincare brands such as Juvena, Clinique, Origins and Estee Lauder.

Her management and leadership skills have seen her work across many countries where product and sales training have always played an essential part of her role. Through training and improving product knowledge within her own team and external staff members, Christin has created a love for the brands she has worked with and is looking forward to working with the ALTERNA team, their distributors and retailers to impart her knowledge through sales and product training to increase market share.

A passion for training and achieving success, Christin will focus on creating new and exciting physical and digital training concepts to support ALTERNA’s objectives and goals.

The role of the Education Manager is one that I feel very passionate about”, says Christin. “I am looking forward to creating new training opportunities, which will assist ALTERNA in growing in accordance with their objectives. We are living in interesting times, and we have the opportunity to train, exchange ideas and innovate in new and exciting ways. As ALTERNA is known for being inspired by skincare science, I feel my heritage in working with many premium brands will be particularly useful.
