Celebration of Color Powered By Goldwell 2026 Brings Together Creativity, Connection and Commercial Inspiration

On Monday 6th July, Goldwell UKI welcomed the professional hairdressing community to its most immersive Celebration of Color2026 event to date, bringing together salon professionals, educators, artists, and industry creatives for a dynamic day of artistry, education, and connection at London’s iconic Hurlingham Club.

Reimagined for 2026 under the theme ‘Celebrating Artistry’, the event evolved beyond a traditional showcase format to deliver a richer experience designed to support salon professionals creatively, commercially, and personally.

Set against the backdrop of one of London’s most prestigious venues, Celebration of Color 2026 blended world class live artistry, immersive education, wellbeing experiences, and business building inspiration, reinforcing Goldwell’s commitment to supporting the modern salon industry from every angle.

Christel Grootentraast, General Manager of Goldwell UKI, welcomed guests with a message centred around creativity, community, and transformation, describing the event as “a true Goldwell family experience designed to create meaningful connection and inspiration for the future of professional hairdressing.”

Throughout the day, guests experienced a carefully curated programme of stage presentations, technical education and interactive experiences designed to inspire immediate salon application.

The Palm Court stage showcased a diverse line up of artists exploring color, structure, texture, and styling through a fashion led and salon relevant lens. Sessions included Lydia Wolfe’s color presentation inspired by Expressionism; Kathryn Dartnell and Nicole Pizer’s luxury focused styling session from Oribe celebrating timeless beauty and elevated salon craftsmanship; Anthony Grant and Jack Mead’s architectural inspired exploration of line and color; and Pete Burkhill’s vibrant Elumen showcase celebrating self-expression and modern artistry.

Inside the Mulgrave Auditorium, guests experienced larger scale educational showcases including Casey Coleman’s immersive masterclass on creative expression and trend led color placement using the Goldwell portfolio.

One of the standout moments of the event came from Goldwell Art Squad mentor Mark Leeson alongside the 2026 Goldwell Art Squad, offering an inspiring insight into next generation talent development, mentorship, and creative collaboration within the industry.
