The 2023 retreat will include morning beach meditations with Kalm Horizons, which combines simple breathwork, aromatherapy, mindfulness, affirmations, sound therapy and wave meditations. Led by wellness expert and accredited mindfulness teacher, Mark Smith, the sessions are designed to help delegates connect with nature and reconnect with themselves.
Also new for 2023 is an afternoon digital marketing session led by PR and marketing expert, Alison Jameson, founder of AJC93. The session aims to dispel many of the myths surrounding Digital Marketing and provide delegates with the tools to create successful marketing campaigns designed specifically to meet business needs that provide results. Alison will reveal the best platforms to use and share a toolbox of apps to help create professional-looking artwork and ways to help schedule posts and keep on track of analytics.
