Hairdresser and salon owner Martin Crean has been nominated for International Hairdresser of the Year – his third International nomination in the past 10 months.
Martin, who owns MODE Hair in Chipping Campden, has been shortlisted for the award in the Canadian Contessa Awards – the only UK hairdresser to be shortlisted.
Martin and his team are the current Artistic Team of the Year winners at the prestigious British Hairdressing Awards and are finalists again for 2021, alongside Trend Image Award and Wales & South West. Martin is also a finalist in three categories in The Big One Awards.
Earlier this year he was shortlisted for International Hairdresser of the Year in the Australian Hair Industry Awards and last month was nominated for International Artistic Team of the Year in the International Hairdressing Awards. Martin will be competing against four other hairdressers from Australia and Spain.
Martin says: “I am beyond humbled to be shortlisted for International Hairdresser of the Year. There are so many incredible hairdressers around the world and for my work to be recognised is such an honour. 2021 has been such a difficult year and to receive this news is a great boost for me and my team.”
