Fairytale Bridal
Welcome to SalonEVO UK Issue 8! Thank goodness Spring is finally on its way. In this feature we cover all angles of the rainbow, from achieving a cheerful vivid, to a natural balayage, and everything in between. We also talk about how you can teach your clients to care for their colour to keep it bright and bold between appointments.

Shelley Lane introduces this feature, offering her wisdom on bridal and editorial styling, and how to make bride’s fairytale wedding dreams come true. In this issue, we cover everything from the preparation for big day looks, to beauty and nail bridal trends.

Skincare is self-care! In this issue, we talk about how you can add skincare to your salon services, not only to give your clients some self-care, but to also increase your revenue! We dive into skincare with an in-depth interview with the influential Jane Wurwand—the founder of Dermalogica. Jane tells us about her journey from working as a Saturday Girl in Edinburgh, to becoming the inspiring entrepreneur and philanthropist that she is today. We also cover how to create the ‘No Makeup Makeup’ look, offer the perfect facial, and wax in a health-forward way.
Sustainability
SalonEVO goes ECO! With Earth Day coming up, we thought it was the perfect time to talk about some of the amazing sustainability initiatives salons, stylists, and brands have made to do their bit for the environment. Our own eco-warrior Anne Veck gives her advice on how you too can easily green-ify your salon! Graeme Snell of @66 Hair and Lifestyle, and Rebecca Seal of Rebecca Clare Salon both share how they have ingrained sustainable practices and products into their salon daily life, without sacrificing experience or quality.
