Salon Group Owner, Brian Leo McCallum, each year hosts a ROAR GATHERING, bringing together the teams from across the salons to celebrate their performance throughout the year and give back for their hard work and dedication to the brand.
The recent gathering took place at the Giffnock salon where team members enjoyed pizza and drinks after a busy Saturday in the salons.
The evening started with Leo thanking everyone for their involvement in making 2023 a successful year and then announcing the top performers of the year. Bonuses of up to £900 were handed out to the winners and not one but two outstanding stylists were awarded the Stylist of the Year award for their outstanding work ethic, contribution and dedication.

The ROAR Gathering was a great way to end the year and show my team how valued they are. I am very passionate towards rewarding the team and ensuring their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and we already have plans in place to do monthly team get togethers and thank you dinners in 2024.”
