Sally Beauty Supply and CosmoProf Announce Second Edition of Cultivate

Today Sally Beauty Supply and CosmoProf announced the second edition of Cultivate, a program that helps female beauty entrepreneurs to grow their business.

The brands are looking for innovative new products that will appeal to their customers. Entries from female-owned hair care, hair color, and nail brands will be accepted from today.

“We are excited to launch the second iteration of the Cultivate program, especially now when consumers are experimenting with DIY beauty and looking for the latest in beauty innovation,” said Chris Brickman, President and Chief Executive Officer.

The top four brands will make up the Cultivate Cohort and receive online distribution, a business grand and a month-long virtual boot camp covering topics such as merchandising, social media, e-commerce, and entrepreneurship.

One of the Cohort will receive in-store distribution from both brands. This will be decided based on winning a pitch the four will deliver at the Perfect Pitch Capstone Event to senior-level staff representing both brands.
