The Scottish government has announced that mobile beauty businesses are not permitted to offer services in other people’s homes from today. They said: “due to the increased risk of infection transmission” the reopening of mobile beauty businesses “should not take place in people’s homes but should be restricted to salons or private practices.”
The NHBF are urging the Scottish Government to update the guidelines immediately to reflect this last minute change and to provide a date for when services in the home can take place.
