Revlon Professional® Soars Into 2024 With Its Annual Conference And Awards

Revlon Professional® brought together its dynamic team this January at its Annual Conference and Awards on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 January. The conference kicked off at the Revlon headquarters, Greater London House in Camden.

Attendees were welcomed by Matt Horder, General Manager of Revlon Professional® UK & Ireland who then handed over to Charbel Katra, Regional General Manager of Revlon Professional® Northern Europe for a short presentation. The rest of the day covered success stories from 2023 as well as business objectives and themes for 2024, which left no one in any doubt that it’s going to be an exciting year ahead.

After a brief pause, guests were transported to the Treehouse Hotel – the ideal location for a glamorous evening of networking and celebration. After welcome drinks, the Revlon Professional® Visionaries team gathered together for their final showcase. It’s been a stellar year for these up-and-coming talents and the evening marked the culmination of their remarkable journey under the mentorship of Revlon Professional® Global Ambassador Mark Leeson and Richard Darby.

Next up, the much-anticipated annual Awards, including titles for Newcomer of the Year and Team of the Year, were presented to Revlon’s standout stars by Matt Horder and Charbel Katra. In a final twist, the tables were turned and Matt Horder was presented with an award for Best Leadership by Revlon Professional® UK Sales Manager Chris Moss and Revlon Professional® Ireland Sales Manager David Downes.

The evening wrapped up with a meal, mingling and more cocktails as guests finished off their evening with an afterparty at The Nest rooftop with its panoramic London views overlooking the city skyscape.

The attendees met back the next morning for a motivational talk from Jamie Peacock, the most decorated UK rugby league player in history, now public speaker, author and wellness expert, who delivered a memorable mentoring lesson in leadership.

Full of inspiration, conference attendees were then further fuelled with a marketing catch up featuring a review of 2023, plus a preview of what 2024 has in store. After covering Education and a global company viewpoint delivered by Marketing Director of Revlon Professional® Northern Europe Marine Paillet, Ian Harrold, International American Crew All Star demonstrated his creative vision for 2024.

In his closing words, Matt Horder, General Manager of Revlon Professional®, UK & Ireland reflected on the huge success of the two days. He added; “This was a triumphant gathering in every way. Not only did we salute those who have achieved such success in 2023, we also got an exciting glimpse into what looks set to be a record-beating year for the Revlon Professional® family. These events always spark a real spirit of togetherness and as a collective, we couldn’t be more fired up for the future.”
