Debbie G is bringing her inimitable education legacy and style to collaborate with Schwarzkopf Professional’s Shaping Futures programme in the Philippines. As a fundraising drive for this incredible initiative, now in its 15th year, Debbie is hosting a Sassoon Seminar on 31st March at 6.30pm at Sassoon Academy, Greek Street. The evening is set to be both creatively inspiring and educationally informative as Debbie showcases her favourite looks in an up- close setting. Shaping Futures is a programme that transforms lives through hairdressing.
Through the inspirational training brought by world-class educators like Debbie, these socially challenged young adults’ lives will be changed so the cycle of disadvantage is shifted into one of independence.
From 2nd May to 17th May 2025, Debbie is Philippines-bound to help
shape these futures of young people from the SOS Children’s Village, “I’m really excited to go back to my roots at the Sassoon Academy in Greek Street. This is going to be an amazing event, raising money for an incredible charity that will literally change lives, Shaping Futures is all about skilling and equipping individuals with the tools to earn a living and raise themselves out of poverty to support themselves, their families and find a new purpose and drive.”
SOS Children’s Villages in the Philippines is an international, non governmental, non- profit, non-political, and non- denominational organisation dedicated to providing holistic care to children who have
lost parental care or are at risk of losing it.

During her time with Shaping Futures, Debbie will be teaching classic cutting and styling techniques for two weeks as part of a six-week programme.
