Fellowship Announces Project Scotland

Project Scotland: Elevating Scottish Hair Creativity

Project Scotland is a unique programme designed to showcase and develop Scotland’s top hairdressing talent across all areas of creativity—cutting, colouring, styling, and more, all lead Director of Scottish salon group, Medusa, Colin McAndrew. With a minimum of eight educations days + a photoshoot (all education days will be based in Scotland), as well as appearing on stage time at HairCon, Manchester & the Projects Grand Finale.

The Fellowship announced: “Project Scotland is a platform for hair professionals to come together, learn from each other, and explore new creative approaches, all while staying true to the distinctive style and innovation that ‘Scottish Hair Creativity’ is known for.”

What Project Scotland offers:

Comprehensive creative development: Covering every aspect of hair artistry, from cutting and colouring to styling and beyond.
Learning from the best: Team mentees will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from some of Scotland’s leading hair professionals.
Real-world exposure: Whether through photoshoots, stage work, live sessions, or other creative projects, this programme provides opportunities to put newly developed skills into practice.
Supporting Scottish talent: The focus is on nurturing local talent, helping team mentees grow within the industry and contribute to Scotland’s hairdressing community.

Project Scotland is about fostering creativity and collaboration, giving hair professionals the tools and inspiration to continue growing and pushing boundaries in their craft.
