With skills also spanning HR and payroll management, her expertise makes her the ideal leader to drive the group forward.

In her new role as CEO, Sam is keen to make progress with her mission of simplifying the lives of salon owners worldwide and drive innovative and effective solutions. As a leader, she is looking forward to continuing to encourage collaboration, foster creativity and inspire excellence to power SalonIQ’s cutting edge approach.

Sam said: “Stepping into the role of CEO at SalonIQ is an incredible milestone in my journey with the company. Having been part of this business for 11 years, I’ve seen first-hand the impact of technology in transforming the salon industry, and I’m grateful for the trust placed in me and excited by the opportunities ahead.

“My focus as CEO is on continuing to drive innovation, enhance our client experience, and support the incredible salons that rely on us. I also want to inspire salon owners and professionals to pursue their passions and achieve their fullest potential. The future holds big things for SalonIQ, and I’m looking forward to leading the team into this next phase of growth and success.”

David Levine, founder of SalonIQ, said: “Sam’s in-depth industry knowledge is second to none, and she has proven herself as a remarkable team leader with a huge passion for the industry in everything she does.

“Her journey from the salon floor to the executive office is a testament to her dedication and ability, and we’re lucky to have her. Sam has a clear vision for SalonIQ and there is no one more capable or more well-suited to the role of CEO.

“She hasn’t just been a part of the team for the last few years but has been the very engine driving the business. Her passion, energy and organisation skills have been instrumental in creating a work environment that thrives on creativity and efficiency, and we all wish her every success in her new role.”

Cara Goodwin, COO at SalonIQ, added: “Sam is an authentic and valued leader, and she always puts the needs of customers first. She drives innovation and is admired in the industry and amongst colleagues, and I couldn’t think of anyone better to take the natural next step into the position of CEO.”
