Haringtons Unveil New UK Creative Director.

Known for their commitment, passion and dedication to their clients and the hairdressing industry, Haringtons is delighted to announce the appointment of their new UK Creative Director, Barry Maddocks.

Haringtons, established in 1984 by Robert Smith and later merged with David Lambert, now has 10 salons located in the South of England, and provide clients with highly personalised and bespoke service, along with exceptional standards of customer service.

Barry joined the Haringtons team in October of 2020, excited for a new challenge and to immerse himself in the wider team, with a vision to deliver continuous learning, creative skills and the highest standards of customer service. This new role is an incredible achievement and testament to his commitment to the industry, with over 25 years of experience under his belt. Barry’s previous achievements include awards and finalist positions within Wella Trend Vision, the British Hairdressing Awards, British Hairdressing Business Awards, Wella Generation NOW Artistic Team, as well being part of the X-Factor Hair Team.

When joining back in October 2020, we were in the middle of a global pandemic, but I was excited for the challenge and to share my skills and knowledge with those around me. The team are incredible, and I am really excited to see what future opportunities lie ahead for myself, the Creative Team and the wider Haringtons team,” said Barry.

Focused on inspiration and inclusivity for the next generation of hairdressing superstars, Barry will be encouraging and nurturing our talent to ensure Haringtons continues to go from strength to strength.”
