Schwarzkopf Professional UK Ambassador Philipp Haug (@philipp_haug_london), and a team of exceptionally talented stylists worked their magic backstage at the E.L.V Denim presentation, crafting effortlessly stunning hair looks for the sustainable fashion house.
Renowned for its expertise in colour, care, and styling, Schwarzkopf Professional is at the forefront of setting trends, both in the salon and on the runway. This season, the brand’s premium styling range, SESSION LABEL, was key to bringing the vision to life.
Leading the backstage team, Philipp Haug collaborated with stylists from Schwarzkopf Pro’s salon network to enhance the models’ natural textures and create effortlessly beautiful hair looks.
“It was essential for E.L.V Denim’s designer, Anna Foster, that we embraced the natural shapes and textures of each model’s hair. Our challenge as a hair team was to refine and elevate these textures using SESSION LABEL, ensuring the models looked striking while maintaining a raw, organic feel. Working with natural texture can be one of the most technically challenging aspects of hairstyling, but when done right, the result is effortlessly chic.
“To craft the looks, I applied THE MOUSSE from SESSION LABEL onto the surface of the hair, scrunching it in to reduce frizz and enhance any natural waves or curls. I then used THE SALT to build movement and definition before lightly diffusing the hair. The immersive two-hour presentation was a true celebration of sustainable fashion, with models positioned throughout the space, highlighting the brand’s innovative approach to upcycled denim.
