For Jenya Karpova and Anthony Negron, hitting six figures behind the chair didn’t happen by chance – it was a blend of determination, consistency, and taking full advantage of Ulta Beauty’s unique support systems.
Anthony described how the journey started for him: “When I first joined Ulta Beauty, I felt extremely supported. My managers kept us in the loop about new opportunities, education, everything. There’s virtually nowhere else that offers free education like this – it removes that barrier that can slow you down. I don’t think I would’ve reached this point as quickly without it.”
Jenya echoed the importance of mindset, telling us: “The most important thing you need to become a 100K stylist is desire. You have to really want it – that’s what drives you to put in the work and map out your journey. Once you have that, you can start building a path that gets you there.”
But both agreed that the key… it’s consistency. “Staying consistent is huge if you want to hit 100K,” said Anthony. “Ulta Beauty gives you the tools, the education, and the platform – but it’s up to you to show up, do the work, and take advantage of what’s offered.”
